Conference and webinar live streaming

Live streaming of conferences, congresses and webinars to YouTube, Facebook and other platforms at once. Multi-camera production, remote guests, LiveU. Katowice and all of Poland.

We stream conferences, congresses, webinars and panel discussions live to the internet – to YouTube, Facebook and other platforms at the same time. We provide cameras, multi-camera production, sound, graphics and a reliable connection. We are based in Katowice and work across Silesia and all of Poland. We have been doing live production since 2007.

What conference streaming includes

  • Cameras and multi-camera production – wide shots of the room, close-ups of speakers, audience shots.
  • Sound from the room – a feed from the venue’s PA system or our own microphones.
  • Presentations – the speaker’s screen in the stream, also side by side with the camera picture.
  • On-screen graphics – speaker name captions, title cards, partner logos.
  • Streaming to several platforms at once – our own distribution system, Prause Stream Manager, sends one signal to YouTube, Facebook and other platforms simultaneously.
  • Moderated chat with viewers during the stream.
  • Recording – we record the stream in Full HD or higher.

Webinars and panels with remote guests

We connect panellists, speakers and guests from anywhere via vMix Call, VDO.Ninja and Zoom. We guide them step by step before they go on air – including people who are not comfortable with technology. This is how we produce the streams of the project „BohaterON w Twojej szkole” (BohaterON in Your School), among others.

Hybrid conferences – the room and online viewers

At a hybrid conference some participants are in the room, while others watch and ask questions online. We connect both sides: remote guests can appear on the screen in the room and in the stream. When the venue has no reliable internet, we transmit with LiveU units, which bond several mobile networks. We also run our own LiveU LU2000 receiving server.

Experience

We have produced online streams for clients including Ipla, Polsat Television, the Polish Ministry of Economy and the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP). We streamed the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Congress in Katowice and medical conferences with a two-way audio-video link between the operating theatre and the lecture hall.

What to agree before the event

  • the date, times and venue – the room, the stage, access to power,
  • the number of speakers in the room and guests joining remotely,
  • the platforms for the stream (YouTube, Facebook, the event website, a conference platform),
  • whether there will be presentations, videos or interpreting,
  • what internet the venue has – we test the connection before the event or plan for LiveU.
